Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we have a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry.

Any damage sustained by misuse or alterations not done by JOULOU will void the warranty.

What are your return conditions?

Items can be returned to JOULOU within 60 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% fee.

What payment methods are available on your website?

We accept all major credit cards, and payments made through PayPal. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We know and understand that after designing your JOULOU, you will want to receive it as soon as possible in order to enjoy it.
