Are you interested in returning or exchanging an item?

You can do this easily and in a simple way.

1. Return or exchange of a product

You can return new products manufactured by JOULOU, in their original packaging only, within 60 days from the date you received the product, if it has not been used and that it is free of damage or defects.

-Please note that if the item has been manufactured in a customized way for any buyer, you will receive for every return a refund minus 30% for the customization and delivery costs. It is possible to return items in exchange for credit on the website or in exchange for a monetary refund in accordance with our return policy up to 14 days from the arrival of the item in the mail, provided it has not been used, it has not sustained any damage and/or defect and against a receipt in accordance with the provisions of the consumer protection laws.

2. Production Faults

We do our best and invest our best efforts in quality control in order to produce jewelry of the highest quality. At the same time, we understand that it is possible that you might receive an item with a manufacturing defect.

In case you receive a damaged product, or in case there is any other defect concerning the product, it is important to immediately inform us on the website or through email – and it would be useful to add a picture of the product.

In any case of returning a product, you will be asked to mail it back to our address:  JOULOU-JEWELRY , FULFILLMENT CENTER 208 PATERSON PLANK ROAD UNION CITY, NJ 07087, including the invoice and your contact details.

Immediately upon receipt of the jewelry, we will examine the nature of the defect and contact you via telephone/electronic mail to coordinate a new shipment or a credit.

Comments and Additions

In case you decided to send the item back to us per regular mail, please send it only by registered mail to the following address:  JOULOU-JEWELRY , FULFILLMENT CENTER 208 PATERSON PLANK ROAD UNION CITY, NJ 07087, including the invoice and your contact details. We cannot take responsibility for products which have not been sent by registered mail. For this reason, it is important to send the product by registered mail.

Any credit will be only be refunded to the credit card that was used to place the order and in accordance with the timetable of the credit card company or PayPal.

It is not possible to refund cards of the type “Direct Card”, and therefore, holders of Direct Cards can only receive credit on the website itself.

It is made clear that it is not possible to grant monetary credit for products that were not paid for with money, such as special offers or gifts. Also, when purchasing within the framework of special offers, the monetary credit will be given on the basis of the actual purchase price and not of the item’s current price as indicated on the website.
